‘LEILA – towards a muLtilingual European platform for judIciaL Auctions’ (LEILA) is coordinated by the Italian Ministry of Justice. Through its IT Department, the Ministry provides all Italian courts with hardware, software and related IT services. It is in charge of building and maintaining all judicial portals, including the national platform on judicial auctions that enables searching information about goods to be sold in judicial auctions taking place in Italy. The Italian Ministry of Justice is also coordinating the Expert Group setup at the Council of the European for the judicial auction topic under the e-Justice Action Plan 2014-2018 (continuing the work under e-Justice Action 2019-2023). |
The project coordinating institution is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and scientific management of LEILA with the support of the Work Package Leaders and a Steering Committee where all project partners are represented.
External community support and feedback on key issues is provided by an Advisory Board.
