Through its IT Department, the Ministry of Justice provides all Italian courts with hardware, software and related IT services. It is in charge of building and maintaining all judicial portals, including the national platform on judicial auctions that enables searching information about goods to be sold in judicial auctions taking place in Italy.
The Italian Ministry of Justice is also coordinating the Expert Group setup at the Council of the European for the judicial auction topic under the e-Justice Action Plan 2014-2018 (continuing the work under e-Justice Action 2019-2023).

Austrian Federal Ministry of Justice
The Austrian Federal Ministry of Justice is responsible for providing electronic solutions for the judiciary in Austria such as the provision of the Austrian Case Management System for civil proceedings. The Ministry operates the Database of Official Publications containing auction edicts regarding movable and immovable items. Furthermore, Austrian bailiffs have been provided with the possibility to auction items on an auction platform of the justice system in a cooperation with the German justice system.

Court Administration of the Republic of Latvia
The Latvian Court Administration, in collaboration with the Latvian Ministry of Justice and the Latvian Sworn Bailiffs Council and Insolvency Administration, has developed the electronic auctions platform that is part of state ‘Register of Enforcement Cases’ system.

Ministry of Justice and Public Administration of the Republic of Croatia
The Croatian Ministry of Justice and Public Administration oversees administrative and other tasks related to the whole Croatian justice system. As a project partner, the Ministry of Justice – among other tasks – shall coordinate the working plan implementation for Croatia, jointly with the Financial Agency (FINA).

The Croatian Financial Agency (FINA) is the state body responsible for implementing e-judicial auctions on national level. FINA is the operator of the e-Auction service which allows participation in the electronic public auctions of real estate and movable property auctioned off in enforcement proceedings.

National Chamber of Judicial Officers of the Czech Republic
The Chamber of Judicial Officers of the Czech Republic (EKCR) maintain a central register of enforcing procedures, where auction rules of order and notices of auctions are recorded. The Chamber is continuously developing an online auction platform for judicial officers.

Solicitadores and Enforcement Agents National Association, Portugal
The Portuguese Solicitors and Enforcement Agents National Association (OSAE) is the professional association representing the private enforcement agents, while the latter handle more than 90% of the enforcement proceedings in Portugal. OSAE is also responsible for the development and maintenance of the civil auctions’ platform.

The National Chamber of Judicial Commissioners, France
The National Chamber of Commissioners of Justice of France (CNCJ) is the professional body governing the work of both bailiffs and judicial auctioneers. The Chamber is under the supervision of the Ministry of Justice of France.

State Enterprise Center of Registers, Lithuania
The State Enterprise Center of Registers (SECR) is the Lithuanian public entity responsible for running and maintaining the E-auction System where residents and businesses have a possibility to participate remotely in the electronic forced auctions organised by bailiffs and insolvency administrators and in the electronic auctions for sale of state-owned and municipal property.

European Bailiffs’ Foundation, Belgium
The European Bailiffs’ Foundation’s is responsible for coordinating and participating in projects co-financed by the European Union to promote access to justice, cross-border cooperation and digitalization of judicial procedures; ensuring promotion and sustainability of the tools developed in the framework of these projects (e-Justice, training, studies impact of EU regulations); and monitoring EU legislative discussions and promote bailiffs’ interests.

Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece
The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) has significant experience and know-how in the e-Justice domain addressed by the project. In recent years, AUTH has participated in both major e-Justice programs of the EU in this area (e-CODEX and Me-CODEX projects), as well as in several other related projects (ENABLE, Pro-CODEX, API for Justice, EXEC, EVIDENCE2e-CODEX, TREIO, etc.). The university has also contributed in the successful implementation of Greek national e-Justice pilots. AUTH also develops and maintains the Central Testing Platform (CTP) that constitutes, today, one of the e-CODEX building blocks.

LIBRe Foundation (LIBRe) is the only Bulgarian NGO specializing in e-Justice providing opinions, statements, advice and training on e-Justice and technology-related legal issues to the relevant judicial authorities and individual judicial bodies involved in these processes. LIBRe covers research and consultancy work on the legal, ethical and policy aspects of digital society and digital rights, information management, privacy and security, e-government, e-justice, and automation and autonomous systems, artificial intelligence, etc.

Institute of Legal Informatics and Judicial Systems (IGSG) at the National Research Council of Italy
IGSG is a public research institution focus on law and technology, institutional setting and functioning of judicial systems from a comparative perspective. IGSG has been taking part in various international projects in the field of e-Justice in a transnational perspective: digitalization of judicial proceedings, development of communication protocols and procedures, security, even supporting their implementation, deployment, and management in the courts’ system.
